🎯 Requirements

4+ years in Project/Programme/Change Management or leading large org-wide programmes.
Experience managing cross-departmental processes.
Experience with API platforms and technical literacy.
Proven track record leading projects from initiation to completion.
Ability to empathize with employee/customer challenges; focus on user experience.
Problem-solving skills for complex, ambiguous issues.
