Sr. Technical Program Manager, Networking Capacity Delivery

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end network deployments in new data center builds.
• Develop and manage program plans for fabric turn-ups and backbone deployments.
• Translate capacity forecasts into actionable program requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to mitigate risks to delivery timelines.
• Report on deployment progress, risks, and KPIs to leadership.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in hardware, optics, and cabling.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical program management or network engineering in hyperscalers.
• Direct experience managing lifecycle of large-scale network deployments (fabric, backbone).
• Deep understanding of data center network architectures and topologies.
• Strong familiarity with the physical network stack: cabling, optics, hardware.
• Expertise in program management fundamentals and tools (Jira, Asana, PMP).
• Proven ability to lead matrixed cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
