📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and candidate lifecycle.
• Architect and execute advanced sourcing strategies for passive talent.
• Conduct technical and behavioral evaluations to assess fit.
• Partner with leadership to provide data-driven hiring insights.
• Lead negotiations for offers and executive compensation.
• Oversee onboarding workflows and HRIS data management.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, technical or clinical focus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationships.
• Autonomous and able to lead projects independently.
• Knowledge of clinical licensure and employment laws.
• Proficiency with Ashby and recruiting tools.
