🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting focused on engineering, preferably within
• Deep understanding of the engineering landscape: can credibly speak to backend, frontend
• Experience partnering with technical hiring managers and translating business needs into effective
• Strong sourcing skills and market intelligence on technical talent, including role scarcity and
• Analytical and critical thinking skills for recruiting decisions and process design
• Embraces growth mindset and curiosity, understanding the 'why' not just the 'what'
