Sr. Technical Recruiter (Contract)

📋 Description

• Understand vision and business objectives as it relates to Talent Acquisition, while influencing
• Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process from start to finish including sourcing, screening
• Spend time with Regional and Business Unit Leaders to fully understand the business, the key talent
• Use innovative sourcing techniques, understand, and leverage market conditions for targeted sources
• Own the role of workforce planning and forecasting consultant for the hiring teams
• Provide consultative guidance and meaningful feedback from various touch points in the interview

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Seven years of experience with a proven track record of high-volume in-house recruitment experience
• Experience with technical recruiting for Modern Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, Security
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Successful track record of filling a high volume of positions in a high growth environment
• Must have significant knowledge of best hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques
