Sr. Technical Recruiter – Professional Services and Consulting

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection efforts for Professional Services Division
• Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring objectives and develop plans to hit goals
• Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies
• Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as talent partner
• Manage candidates in process and provide positive candidate experience
• Partners with HR specialists in global mobility, training, HRIS, compensation, compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience including sourcing and closing technical positions at
• Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all
• Solid capacity to practice behavioral competency assessments
• Proven ability to develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies and build diverse talent
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruiting data
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment
