Sr. Technical Recruiter (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview
• Deeply understand each role's requirements and how it fits into the organization
• Develop and execute strategies focused on creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent
• Find creative ways to capture the attention of candidates during initial outreach stages
• Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years of
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in engineering, supply chain or other niche disciplines
• Experience with in-house recruiting
• Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles
• Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing
• Comfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on recruiting data
