Sr. Technical Talent Sourcer

📋 Description

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline across global searches (US, UK, Denmark, India).
• Identify, engage, and assess passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search.
• Evaluate Product, Design, Engineering, and Tech candidates with domain judgment; move through Lever with rationale.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies.
• Build market intelligence on competitors, compensation trends, and talent availability.
• Conduct recruiter phone screens for Product Management and Product Design (senior and below).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting; success with Product, Design, and Software/Data/Infra Engineers in complex B2B SaaS.
• Expertise across two+ function groups: Product, Design/UX, Engineering, or Infosec/IT.
• Expert sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, social platforms, and AI tools.
• ATS proficiency (Lever preferred) including pipeline management and documentation.
• Ability to evaluate cloud, distributed systems, data engineering, and DevOps roles.
• Experience tracking sourcing metrics such as response rates and pipeline conversion.
