Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Apply ASC 606 revenue recognition principles to customer contracts, software subscriptions, and
• Validate daily customer billing, unbilled revenue, and deferred revenue balances.
• Review sales contracts, process credit memos, and resolve billing discrepancies with customers.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses related to deferred revenue
• Gather documentation, prepare supporting schedules, and assist with external auditors requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• 2+ years experience in accounting or finance
• Proven solid analytical skills, and US GAAP technical accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems like Intacct, NetSuite, or Salesforce is a plus
• Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Expert communicator - written & verbal
