Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage general ledger transactions and accounts payable, including coding vendor invoices by
• Administer corporate card and expense activity across Ramp and other company card programs
• Review daily bank feed activity in QuickBooks Online and prepare monthly reconciliations for all
• Reconcile accounts receivable and undeposited funds between Maxio and QuickBooks Online, partnering
• Support the month-end close by preparing and posting journal entries, recording accruals and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, including month-end close responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of accrual accounting under GAAP, including prepaid expenses, fixed assets
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or a comparable general ledger system.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude in accounting workflows, with an interest in automation
• Intermediate Excel skills, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and the preparation of
