Staff Accountant, AP & Procurement

📋 Description

• Own AP, code invoices with judgment.
• Run procurement end to end.
• Automate for scale.
• Support month-end close.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience with meaningful ownership of accounts payable at volume.
• Debits and credits are instinct, not a lookup, and comfortable making calls involving expense
• Hands-on NetSuite and Ramp (or a comparable platform) experience, ideally in a multi-subsidiary
• Track record of improving processes and using automation to eliminate manual work.
• Able to walk a controller through a coding call and a non-finance teammate through a rejected
• High attention to detail and low tolerance for unintentional risk.
