Staff Accountant, Corporate Accounting

📋 Description

• Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments in accordance with GAAP and
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Maintain accurate general ledger activity across multiple entities and business divisions
• Support financial reporting and management reporting requirements
• Partner with internal departments to resolve accounting-related questions and discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience using accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic financial analysis
• Experience performing account reconciliations and month-end close activities
