📋 Description

• Lead AI-powered product experiences across Datadog's visualization and investigation surfaces.
• Build systems combining deterministic features with LLM-powered experiences.

• Partner with teams to improve investigation workflows and help customers gain insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive software engineering experience at staff engineer level.
• Hands-on production AI products and customer-facing experiences using LLMs.
• Experience building reliable systems that manage non-determinism with evaluation and testing.
• Product-minded engineering linking decisions to customer outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across teams and influencing direction without authority.
• Experience with agentic systems, conversational interfaces, or AI investigations.
