🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product analytics, data science, or technical product management.
• 1+ year hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems (evaluation, trust, deployment).
• Proficient in Python, ML frameworks, data visualization, and governance.
• Proven track record designing AI evaluation frameworks and monitoring.
• Excellent communication translating AI tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
