Staff AI Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own end to end product outcomes for AP AI Specialist end to end
• Build, don't just spec: prototype agent behavior, stand up demos, validate feasibility with
• Take an ambiguous problem (a customer pain point, an eval failure, a platform constraint) and
• Define what "good" looks like for agent behavior — success criteria, eval scenarios, confidence
• Partner with the platform/orchestration team on architecture tradeoffs (agent design, latency
• Translate technical tradeoffs into plain language for engineering, architects, and execs — get in

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
• 6-8+ years of PM experience, with recent hands-on work shipping AI/agentic features
• Comfortable prototyping and in the weeds with engineering: reviewing implementations, standing up
• Solid understanding of agent architectures — orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning — and
• Excellent communicator, able to align engineering, architecture, and stakeholders who all want
• AP/finance domain knowledge is a nice-to-have, not a requirement
