Staff AI Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Embed with internal teams to understand workflows and translate needs into technical AI solutions.
• Lead AI office hours and company-wide hackathons to drive experimentation.
• Evaluate and configure AI tools; make build-vs-buy recommendations.
• Design, develop, and deploy bespoke AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows.
• Create reusable resources: playbooks, prompt libraries, templates, guides.
• Architect templatizable AI workflows for scale across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS or equivalent; graduate degree a plus.
• 5+ years in engineering/solutions engineering or enablement roles.
• 3+ years building AI-centric products with ML, LLMs, and RAG.
• Deep Python expertise; experience with AI frameworks and LLM integrations; cloud hosting (AWS, GCP
• Proven track record running enablement programs and scalable docs/resources.
• Strong ability to translate non-technical needs into technical solutions.
