Staff Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end analytics for prospect scoring, territory, and lead allocation.
• Design predictive models and evaluate dial strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, operations, and data engineering teams.
• Translate data into decisions that move the business forward.
• Present analytics findings to sales executives and operations leaders.
• Automate repetitive analyses using AI-assisted scripting and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of analytical experience in sales analytics, revenue ops, or related area.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Expertise in data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker.
• Hands-on experience building predictive models for sales workflows.
• Experience integrating AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Zapier).
