Make trade-offs for high-availability infra serving hundreds of millions of users.
Partner with Security, API Platform, Admin Experience to drive adoption.
Shape platform direction: identity model, access control, and AI workflow authorization.
Mentor engineers on system design and IAM best practices.

🎯 Requirements

Direct experience with Identity & Access Management at scale in production.
Strong backend engineering for high-availability services (Java a plus).
Strong system design turning ambiguous problems into tractable work.
Track record driving adoption of platform capabilities with clear communication.
Experience with policy languages / authorization engines — OPA, Cedar.
Experience with Zanzibar-style authorization systems (SpiceDB, Google Zanzibar).
