Staff Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve Brex’s brand identity system, including visual language, typography, color
• Define and maintain brand standards that balance consistency with creative flexibility across teams
• Translate company strategy and brand vision into clear, compelling visual direction in partnership
• Design and deliver new brand expressions that advance the identity while preserving recognition and
• Lead high-impact brand work beyond the core system, including special campaigns, sub-brands, and
• Art direct and contribute to brand campaigns, collaborating with external partners and internal

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in brand design or art direction, with a strong focus on identity systems
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, system design, and high-quality execution across
• Deep expertise in typography, color, composition, and building scalable visual systems
• Strong ability to articulate design decisions and build alignment with cross-functional partners
• Experience working across multiple workstreams in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with comfort prototyping and iterating quickly
