📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to define, build, and maintain metric architecture.
• Lead a weekly metrics review; perform root-cause analysis and distinguish signal from noise.
• Shape business narratives; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate on measurement strategy for pilots and company initiatives.
• Decompose high-level goals into structured, testable hypotheses and analytics frameworks.
• Partner with tech and operations to design, evaluate, and interpret experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years data analytics; senior-level; extraction, cleaning, analysis; A/B testing.
• Advanced SQL and Looker (or similar BI tools); Excel/Sheets.
• Python and/or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with dbt and modern analytics engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain complex concepts to executives.
• Bonus: AI automation experience; start-up exposure; supply chain data fluency.
