Staff Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Own executive and board reporting, KPI dashboards, and recurring performance summaries.
• Monitor business performance daily and surface trends, anomalies, and risks with context.
• Run deep-dive analyses on user behavior, trading activity, market performance, and revenue drivers.
• Evaluate impact of product launches, pricing changes, marketing campaigns, and liquidity programs.
• Build forecasting models and scenario analyses to support planning cycles and resource allocation.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Growth, and Engineering to align on metric definitions and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data analysis or BI with direct senior stakeholder experience.
• Strong SQL skills; translate raw data into clean analysis.
• Experience owning business-wide reporting and KPI frameworks.
• Strong grasp of core business fundamentals: acquisition, retention, monetization.
• Clear, concise communication of findings to executives.
• Very high attention to detail; number accuracy matters.
