Staff Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Build, release, and maintain ELT/streaming pipelines with strong observability.
• Orchestrate data workflows with Dagster, Airflow and DBT; ensure reliable execution.
• Own areas of Snowflake data warehouse; design well modeled, performant schemas.
• Resolve data issues proactively and address bottlenecks before impact.
• Contribute to architectural decisions with data driven recommendations.
• Support analytics via Hex and AI Agents; ensure data is accessible and governed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Math or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in Data; at least 4 years in Data Engineering.
• Deep SQL expertise: CTEs, window functions, aggregations; partitioning, clustering.
• Strong Python proficiency and data engineering libraries.
• Hands-on experience with a modern data stack.
• Experience with sensitive data in a regulated environment.
