Staff Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and build a scalable, end-to-end data platform.
• Own core services, pipelines, and platform architecture.
• Mentor junior engineers on next-gen features.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ship features.
• Partner with eng, product, and design to design features.
• Maintain a quality-first, data-driven product mindset.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing scalable data platforms.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and stream).
• Expert-level PySpark, Python, and SQL.
• Relational DBs and NoSQL stores (MongoDB).
• Experience with Kafka, Spark, Iceberg, AWS stack (EKS, EMR, Glue, Athena, S3).
• Knowledge of security and data privacy.
• Nice to have: Databricks or Snowflake.
