Staff Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design of scalable data infrastructure and pipelines
• Own architecture decisions and data standards
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Eng teams
• Mentor engineers and raise data maturity across teams
• Drive data quality governance and reliable metrics
• Architect and implement end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in data engineering with large-scale products
• Expert-level Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, Python
• Deep data modeling knowledge for production systems
• Roadmap and governance for the data platform
• Mentoring and elevating data engineers
• 2+ years marketplace experience (plus)
