📋 Description

• Drive data science roadmap for Partnership, Loyalty & Pay teams
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, UX research, marketing, and BD to scale programs
• Define objectives and metrics aligning with Rider, Marketplace, and Lyft goals
• Apply modeling, analytics, experimentation, and causal inference to drive decisions
• Present findings to VP and C-level stakeholders to shape product strategy
• Mentor junior staff and elevate technical standards

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in quantitative field (Master's/PhD) or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in data science with causal models delivering business value
• Expertise in causal inference, ML, and experimental design
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for analysis and modeling
• Experience building measurement frameworks and incrementality
• Strong communication and cross-org collaboration to influence strategy
