Translate complex findings into actionable exec-ready recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
Finance and accounting concepts for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience preferred.
Cross-functional partnership with Finance, Product, Eng, Ops.
Forecasting and predictive modeling proficiency.
Data modeling experience, ideally using dbt.
Hands-on SQL and Python or R.
