🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in design engineering, front-end engineering, or related roles with leadership impact.
• Strong front-end skills in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based frameworks, and production
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous concepts into usable workflows and shipped product
• Experience mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and building reusable patterns or
• Understanding of AI, privacy, security, and regulatory considerations affecting product experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation, with a portfolio or case studies demonstrating
