🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in design research or related field.
• Proven track record leading ambiguous, zero-to-one research in fast-growth tech.
• Mastery of ethnography, contextual inquiry, co-creation, and rapid concept validation.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data; switch between big-picture and tactical work.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive influence.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, Anthropology, or related.
