Staff Developer Advocate - Asia Pacific & Japan Lead

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert for Datadog advocacy and engineering teams
• Lead APJ regional advocacy and first-party technical event programs
• Define and drive regional advocacy programs for technical audiences
• Represent Datadog’s point-of-view at events and conferences
• Manage and grow a regional Developer Advocates team across APJ
• Partner with internal product managers and engineers on public communication

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as software developer, SRE, or practitioner
• 5+ years in senior technical developer relations
• 3+ years storytelling and content creation
• Public writing samples, demos, or talks
• Experience with technical conferences or events
• Multilingual in ASEAN languages (Indonesian, Malay, Thai, Mandarin)
