📋 Description

• Own the technical direction of the Marketplace: be accountable for target architecture across
• Shape the monolith-to-monorepo migration: decide domain moves, safe strategies (strangler routing
• Move domains from thin proxy over monolith to owned natively in monorepo: data, business logic, and
• Make Marketplace capabilities easy to integrate: turn into reusable building blocks with clear
• Lead AI-native engineering: ship production changes by directing AI coding agents (e.g., Claude
• Multiply teams: partner with Engineering and Product Managers, mentor senior engineers, contribute

🎯 Requirements

• Led technical direction across several teams with decisions that held up in production.
• Experience dismantling a large legacy system while serving real traffic (strangler pattern
• Strong in distributed systems and backend architecture, comfortable in polyglot environment.
• Solid hands-on experience using AI to accelerate software development, with good judgment on when
• Experience moving from writing code by hand to directing AI agents, keeping design, correctness
• Enjoy mentoring and raising the bar of engineers around you.
