8+ years of professional software development experience
Experience architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems
Leads AI tooling adoption and modern AI practices
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
Explain complex tech and guide tradeoffs
Experience as a technical lead guiding multiple engineers
