Staff Engineer, Datacenter Server Lifecycle

📋 Description

• Build automation for datacenters with tens of thousands of servers.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle: provisioning, deployment, operation, maintenance.
• Partner with Infrastructure Security to enforce trusted compute standards.
• Collaborate with Networking to ensure site-wide connectivity.
• Build and maintain tooling to track machine health and configuration.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on server hardware experience at scale
• End-to-end hardware lifecycle management
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, or Java
• Kubernetes and cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to travel to North American datacenters
