Staff Engineer, Electromechanical Systems Advance Manufacturing (R5184)

📋 Description

• Lead manufacturing engineering efforts for electromechanical subsystems and assemblies
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, work instructions, and production flows for
• Partner with design engineering to improve manufacturability, reliability, testability, and
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions for electromechanical manufacturing issues
• Develop work instructions, quality standards, and inspection methods
• Support supplier qualification, process validation, and production readiness reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in electromechanical systems
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or related
• Experience in prototype manufacturing in a startup or rapid-growth environment
• Experience with actuators and motion systems
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Experience with mechanical/electrical integration
