📋 Description

• Owning and evolving the developer platform that powers Flexport engineering
• Making the best paved paths and self-serve tooling possible
• Creating and supporting CI/CD pipelines (Buildkit, Github Actions), build tooling (Gradle, Bazel
• Owning and improving the backend and frontend developer experience
• Acting as the steward of the GraphQL and gRPC ecosystem and ensure middleware, federation and
• Evolving and integrating IAM solutions and primitives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time spent building developer
• Deep full-stack instincts: equally comfortable in a backend service, a frontend build pipeline, a
• Strong product instincts applied to internal users
• Expertise and hands on experience with at least one of each: a CI/CD system (Github Actions
• Appetite to take a shovel to that brown field
• Independent mindset: thrive in ambiguity, find the highest-leverage problems yourself
