Staff Engineer - Platform Frontend

📋 Description

• Design failure isolation for remote modules with fallbacks, timeouts, and observability
• Own release strategy for independent releases, including contract testing and staged rollout
• Improve load performance via code splitting, shared-chunk strategy, preloading, and caching/CDN
• Optimize runtime performance through long-task analysis, re-render cost, list virtualization, and
• Define and instrument performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, INP, route transition time) and enforce
• Set and enforce accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), internationalization, and cross-browser support

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of front-end development experience
• Expert-level JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS with first-principles browser understanding
• Deep production experience with Vue 3 (Composition API) or willingness to go deep on Vue; strong
• Demonstrated architectural ownership, moving a real codebase without freezing feature work
• Hands-on production experience with micro-frontends or module federation, including failure modes
• Proven track record optimizing large-scale, complex web applications
