Staff Engineer - Telematics

📋 Description

• Work directly with customers and customer-facing teams to understand unmet needs, test assumptions
• Lead ambiguous initiatives end to end, from discovery and prototypes through production rollout
• Write and ship code on the critical path, working across services, APIs and customer-facing
• Set technical direction for your area and align the teams needed to deliver it.
• Own the production quality of what you build, designing for correctness, reliability and

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of shipping customer-facing products and growing them beyond initial launch.
• Strong product judgement with experience working directly with customers.
• Deep hands-on software engineering ability, designing, implementing, and operating production
• Experience scaling products and the systems behind them.
• Technical leadership across team boundaries.
