Staff Field Engineer

📋 Description

• Support Grafana's most strategic deals and customer engagements, collaborating with Solution
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in one area of the Grafana Platform with deep knowledge across
• Craft and deliver value-based technical presentations to help sales teams close deals.
• Own end-to-end creation and curation of technical training content for one or more product areas.
• Architect and maintain a live production environment for demos, workshops, and POV infrastructure
• Influence product direction, help customers adopt new technologies, and represent Field Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of related technical experience, including 2+ years as a Senior Field Engineer
• Excellent understanding of Grafana and associated technologies, with SME depth in at least one area.
• Deep working knowledge across observability technologies (e.g., Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo
• Expert-level knowledge in at least one adjacent domain (e.g., IoT, AI/ML).
• Created and maintained at least one product training asset adopted by the field organization.
• Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering to produce enablement content.
