📋 Description

• Lead multi-quarter technical initiatives from problem framing through rollout, including getting
• Mentor and collaborate with other engineers, raising the engineering bar through code review
• Participate in on-call for the services you help build, and be a force multiplier in incident
• Provide technical support in customer escalations and identify areas of high friction to address.
• Represent the team's work outside the team: write design proposals, run demos, and make the case
