Setting the engineering standard for the team through code review, mentoring, and habits.

🎯 Requirements

Technical lead experience on a team of engineers.
Hands-on coding as part of leadership.
Experience owning complex interactive web applications for a large user base.
Strong skills in TypeScript and React.
Understanding of frontend/backend impacts in systems.
Operational ownership with measurement and rollout monitoring.
