• 3–5 years shipping production-grade full-stack web apps.
• Strong React and TypeScript frontend experience.
• Backend APIs with Node.js and Express.
• Comfort across frontend and backend in complex codebases.
• Focus on clean, maintainable code and performance.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with product and design.
• Curiosity about fintech and Web3; interest in building at scale.
