Staff Full Stack Software Engineer (Frontend-Focused)

📋 Description

• Define the client architecture strategy for RTO to scale across regions.
• Shape platform configurability and extensibility on a shared foundation.
• Set and evolve frontend architecture: module boundaries, libraries, build/delivery.
• Steward cross-cutting concerns: auth, logging, metrics, localization, accessibility.
• Drive client reliability, performance, and quality at scale; observability and resilience.
• Lead AI-assisted engineering across the lifecycle with reusable workflows and gates.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience; Staff/Principal level.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• First-principles thinker; frame long-term architecture amid ambiguity.
• Proven experience designing scalable systems to millions of users; full-stack depth.
• Deep frontend expertise: TypeScript and modern frameworks (Angular and/or React); architecture at scale.
• Experience building configurable platforms serving multiple segments/regions on a common foundation.
• Daily use of AI-assisted engineering tools with quality, security, and performance focus.
• Strong communication; ability to influence across teams.
