• A proven track record in strategic sourcing, with sharp instincts for market and pricing mechanics
• The ability to parachute into a brand-new category, learn it fast, and go deep on the technical
• Fluency in commercial terms, contract structures, and IP concepts
• A fact-driven, detail-obsessed mind and an ability to make thoughtful decisions even with
• A history of leading high-stakes negotiations or turning around a broken supplier relationship
• Magnetic communication skills - you build trust fast, rally people around a plan, and make things
