Staff Global Supply Manager, Vehicle Structures

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing and supplier management for major vehicle structures.
• Design and scale supply chains with Eng, Manufacturing, and Planning.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies incl. supplier selection and capacity planning.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Planning to optimize manufacturability and milestones.
• Drive supplier performance via risk management, contracts, and milestone tracking.
• Mentor GSMs and GSSs on aerospace manufacturing processes and supplier development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 9+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
• Experience managing suppliers for aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities.
• Proven track record negotiating contracts and milestone-based agreements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of aerospace processes such as machining, forming, welding, assembly.
