Staff GTM Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the agentic engineering harness: the Agent Build pipeline, guard hooks, worktree
• Design and build internal tools and agents as full-stack applications (TypeScript, Next.js
• Build in Salesforce at a deep level: Apex service and selector patterns, triggers, LWC, Platform
• Set the engineering standards for Business Systems: architecture reviews, code review, testing
• Give the analysts and engineers on the team the platform to build their own agents, such as the
• Partner with Finance, GTM, Deal Desk, and the Data teams to turn ambiguous business needs into

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on Salesforce engineering: Apex, LWC, data modeling, sharing and security, and
• Strong full-stack software engineering beyond Salesforce, with production web apps, APIs and
• Real experience building with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex, including the
• A track record integrating GTM systems end to end, such as CRM to billing, CPQ, provisioning, the

🎁 Benefits
