Staff IAM Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead engineering and scaling of core identity platforms (Okta, SailPoint).
• Design and implement least-privilege access controls across AWS, FedRAMP, and infra.
• Drive IAM automation with scripts and API integrations.
• Leverage Terraform to deploy and manage security configurations.
• Lead major IAM initiatives from design through deployment.
• Troubleshoot identity workflows, federation issues, and access anomalies.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Identity and Access Management and security engineering.
• Okta (SSO, lifecycle, workflows) and SailPoint (governance, certs).
• AWS IAM: policies, roles, SCPs, and IAM Identity Center.
• Python and Bash for automation; REST APIs.
• Terraform experience; IaC proficiency.
• Self-starter attitude; persistent problem solver.
