Act as primary SME for Impartner PRM and partner portal workflows
Bridge business needs with platform developers and GTM teams
Document as-is and to-be processes; identify gaps and automation
Maintain Salesforce-Impartner sync logic and partner data flows
Design scalable integrations between Salesforce, Impartner, and marketing/ERP tools
Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment

🎯 Requirements

8+ years configuring/managing Impartner PRM (Deal Registration, Analytics)
5+ years Salesforce CRM experience; accounts/leads/opp sync with PRM
6-8 years product ownership, management, or BA in Agile
Document complex workflows and to-be gap analyses
Strong cross-functional leadership to align diverse stakeholders
Project execution: manage timelines, backlogs, and cross-unit decisions
