Staff/Lead Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Own brand strategy and creative direction for Gigs across channels
• Contribute high-quality design executions and raise team bar
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams
• Own relationships with external agencies and freelancers
• Maintain and evolve Gigs' brand governance and standards
• Iterate on the design foundation and scale brand language

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Motion design and/or 3D skills (After Effects, Blender)
• Experience with website CMS design tools
• Agency or scale-up experience and adaptability
• Proven track record leading large-scale design initiatives, incl. end-to-end rebrand
• Experience scaling a brand design function and building systems
