🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in backend, platform, or product engineering at scale
• SaaS environment experience
• Track record setting technical direction across teams or domains
• Strong architectural judgement and ability to simplify complex systems
• Experience with data-heavy or analytics-oriented systems
• Hands-on approach to code, design, and production problem solving
