🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and operating training pipelines, distributed compute, model serving
• Proficient writing and optimising custom CUDA kernels for deep learning training, with performance
• Production model monitoring, data quality frameworks, and training data warehouses.
• Ability to set ML platform standards and influence engineering roadmaps across teams.
• Python and PyTorch proficiency, strong system design instincts, R&D grounded prioritisation.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and on-prem/neocloud environments.
