Staff Mechanical Engineer, Hardware Engineering

📋 Description

• Design, prototype, and own the release of components to meet performance and functional
• Drive design release process (CAD/BOM, change management, documentation) and lead DFMEA
• Manage supplier communications and partner with manufacturing engineering to transition designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop interface requirements and integrated
• Own validation and compliance testing, ensuring component performance, reliability, and readiness
• Support line bring-up activities, including hands-on fabrication and testing of first-of-a-kind

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with 10+ years of industry experience
